We build housing, urban transformation projects, hotels and student dormitories. Most of our work is in Istanbul, including Fatih, Fındıkzade, Kadıköy, Merter, Fenerbahçe and Bağdat Avenue, and we also have a completed project in Bodrum. Soil surveys are commissioned from firms working under the chambers of architects and engineers, and every building is designed to the current earthquake code.

We replace the existing building with a stronger one on the same plot, designed to the current code. The block and parcel, zoning status and rights holders are settled first. Construction starts after the agreement, project and permit are complete, and the building is handed over when the work is finished.

The group has two operations. Sultanahmet Hotel is run by Sultanahmet Otelcilik Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Haseki Sultan Girls’ Student Dormitory is run by Haseki Sultan Yüksek Öğrenim Yurt Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.

The address of the plot or building, the block and parcel number, and a short description of the work are enough. You can reach us through the contact form, at [email protected], or by phone at 0 (212) 588 17 30.
